Internal Sales Executive (Based in St. Neots, Cambridgeshire)

Job Title: 

Internal Sales Executive 

Pay:

Negotiable

Hours:  

Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 with an hour for lunch

Holidays:

Twenty days per annum, plus bank holidays

We are looking for an enthusiastic and competitive Internal Sales Executive that thrives in a busy environment to join our team.

The Internal Sales Executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The successful candidate must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working within a team, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Learn about the products and services we offer
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships
  • Respond to questions and assist customers online, via ChatNox
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Send quotes, close sales, load sales, and update the CRM to produce a sales order
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Accurately maintain and expand the database of prospects 
  • Learn new products and services and liaise with our Marketing Team on Product launches
  • Route qualified opportunities to the Sales Director for further development and closure

Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of achieving targets
  • Strong phone presence and experience of placing numerous calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity tools
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

Radio Engineer (Based in St. Neots, Cambridgeshire)

Are you an experienced Radio Engineer?

Radio Engineer

Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 with an hour for lunch

Holidays:

Twenty days per annum, plus bank holidays

DTS.Solutions (U.K) Ltd are currently looking to recruit an experienced Radio Engineer at our St Neots Head Office and Service Centre. This person will be working closely within a small team configuring and repairing equipment for customers. The ideal candidate will be customer facing as the role involves attending sites. 

A proven background within a similar role would be an advantage, however training will be given. The company have an extensive product range, so continuous training is provided for all staff. The successful applicant will need to be confident in their approach, but able to consistently convey a professional attitude. Excellent communication skills are key including the ability to listen, understand needs and build rapport.

The applicant should be able to prioritise their work load, be confident when using their own initiative while maintaining the ability to be a team player. The applicant must be able to present themselves in a clean and smart manner. 

The applicant should have previous experience of the UK Market, and must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
