Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. Our I.T Systems are audited against the Cyber Essentials Scheme Test Specification, Certificate Number: 1516844421811063.

TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN BUYING ONLINE

GENERAL

These conditions shall apply to any agreement between DTS.Solutions (U.K) Ltd (‘DTS’) and any person, firm or company (the ‘Customer’) whereby DTS agrees to fulfil an order to supply goods purchased online via dts.solutions.

ORDERING

Customers placing orders via dts.solutions, are accepting our terms and conditions of sale in full.

No customers terms and conditions that overwrite those of DTS will be accepted, without authorisation in writing from a Director of DTS.

DELIVERY

If items are in stock delivery is usually within 24-48 hrs, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. If items are not in stock delivery is 5-10 working days from receipt of order or sooner subject to the goods being available from the Manufacturers.

Delivery and title of the goods are deemed to be that of the Customer once DTS have proof of delivery, via our nominated courier.

DTS must receive written notification of any damages or shortages within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

The order once placed and processed cannot be cancelled except with the written consent of DTS and on terms which will indemnify DTS of any losses incurred.

A restocking fee of 20% is charged for returned goods including delivery charge, and if applicable, the cost of collecting any goods incurred by DTS. Goods will only be accepted back if they are in the same condition as supplied, unused, packaged and boxed with any outer packaging used to protect the actual equipment boxes from damages on the return journey. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the items for restocking.

WARRANTY

The manufacturer’s warranty covers all products supplied for a period of either 6/12/24 months depending on the manufacturer. The warranty commences from the date of delivery/receipt. DTS cannot be held responsible for any defects arising from fair wear and tear, physical damage, liquid ingression or damage caused by interference from the customer, or any third party.

DTS reserve the right to refuse to repair or replace goods if the manufacturer declines to accept the repairs/replacements under warranty, for whatever reason.

Any Warranty returns are to be sent to our Head Office, (DTS.Solutions (U.K) Ltd, Barham House, Barford Road, St. Neots. Cambridgeshire. PE19 6YQ.) at the owners’ expense. If the equipment returned is within the warranty period, DTS will repair or replace the faulty item and return it to the owner at the expense of DTS. This only applies if the equipment is in warranty and only applies to a UK Mainland Addresses, (highland and Islands are excluded). Any overseas shipments will incur a further charge.

GOVERNING LAW

Any contract arising from and online purchase and all disputes relating to it, shall be governed and construed in all respects according to English law.
